We had the exciting opportunity to work with Eurostar on capturing a stunning 360° virtual tour of their Paris Business Lounge. The aim was to provide a highly immersive and interactive experience for customers, allowing them to explore the lounge in detail before stepping foot inside. To achieve this, we worked closely with the Eurostar production team, ensuring every aspect of the shoot was aligned with their vision for a premium, customer-focused experience.

In addition to our technical expertise, the team added a personal touch by incorporating models into the tour, adding a realistic and welcoming atmosphere to the space. Their positioning within the shoot was carefully planned to create an authentic and vibrant feel, giving the viewer a true sense of how the lounge is used by Eurostar’s clientele.

One challenge we encountered during the shoot was the presence of construction work visible outside the windows. To maintain the luxurious and uninterrupted feel of the lounge, we meticulously edited the images, removing the building work and replacing it with unobstructed views. This attention to detail helped ensure that the lounge’s interior remained the focal point, providing an uninterrupted, high-quality experience for the virtual tour viewers.

Another standout feature of the project was the tour builder, a tool that allows Eurostar to edit and recreate the virtual tour as needed. This added flexibility means that Eurostar can quickly update the tour’s content, whether that’s changing the layout, adding new features, or creating seasonal versions. The ability to adapt the tour to different needs is invaluable for a dynamic company like Eurostar.

The final result is a sleek, immersive 360° virtual tour that perfectly showcases the Business Lounge’s design and features, offering a premium experience to Eurostar’s customers.
